In the previous blog, we hinted at a new flavor coming, which has won the best rating in certain competitions and focus groups. Ladies and gentlemen, meet its majesty, pomegranate-flavored gin.
Allow us to say a few words about our new product. It is well known that pomegranate originates from the region stretching from Iran to northern India. Does it surprise you then that it took us so long to release it for sale?! We had to pick that pomegranate, clean it, transport it by plane. The adventures from those flights are a story in themselves. Once, for example, we were on a plane full of prisoners, and then they took over the plane. Luckily, our good friend Nicolas Cage reacted and saved us all. Later, we made him a gin and tonic. He liked it.
Another name for pomegranate is mogranj, and the Latin name for this fruitful deciduous shrub is Punica granatum. Since "punica" is a synonym for mother-in-law, there's a joke about a mother-in-law's smile hidden here, something like "a mother-in-law's smile wrapped in explosives." As for the health benefits of this fruit, you probably know them. Pomegranate improves bone health, athletic performance, enhances memory, and has anti-inflammatory properties. So, we don't see why our gin shouldn't have all that, because we used only the best fruits for you.
OK, we've convinced you to order a bottle of the new gin, but someone is probably wondering why we haven't organized a promotion. This is another way to inform you that there will be one. On Friday, September 22nd, from 6 PM to 8:30 PM, you can stop by Radio Aparat, located at Drinčićeva 20. We're celebrating a birthday there, by the way, but you don't have to bring a gift. We'll appreciate it more if you buy a bottle of the new pomegranate gin. Although, we won't complain much if you decide to replenish your supplies of Zločin i kazan classics.
At the event itself, our friendly staff, i.e., us, will explain everything you're interested in about the new product from our catalog. Also, we'll serve you some drinks. More precisely, a gin sonic, a cocktail that many have raved about at various events where we've served it. Before you ask, the gin sonic consists of: the best gin, soda, tonic, and blue curacao, just to color it so it resembles that famous blue hedgehog whose name we won't mention, so that people from SEGA company don't get angry. And if you insist, OK, we'll make you a gin and tonic or a gin soda as well.
